We support researchers and external partners in designing joint R&D projects and in transferring scientific results into practice. We advise you on contracts for research and development projects as well as on non-disclosure agreements and material transfer agreements (MTA). We take care of drafting a contract, support you in correct financial planning, advising on patent and property rights matters and organize the formal legal examination of contracts. For companies and other partner institutions outside academia who would like to implement research and development projects together with the university or make use of scientific services, we provide support in establishing contact with scientists at JGU. As the careful examination and negotiation of contracts generally takes some time, please contact us as early as possible before the planned start of your cooperation.
